Mother's Day Weekend

Our Mother's Day was a nice long one! this year we did it a little different. With our family reunion coming up we have been busy with family meetings and just kickin it with family. On Thursday it was payday (YaY!) and we had all the bills paid and still an adequate amount left for saving/spending. My hubby bought me my favorite fragrance "DKNY Be Delicious" i LOVE IT so much!! We also had to get sione something to make it even so we bought him "Acqua Di Gio" and i love the scent on my man!...LOL...So Saturday we had our family meeting and can i say how interesting it was! cause i swear it reminded me of our meetings with the adults. There's always a divide between the families, but yet i seem to go to the meetings everytime...i wish for some change but it wont happen anytime soon. It was a good turn out though my cousin matei was happy that we were getting things done. My cuz Ane came to the meeting so it was good too. After our long meeting i left home cause my hubby was txting me like crazy!! once i got home it was just too funny! Sione was all ready to go and have some fun! On the weekends its the only time we have to spend with each other because sione is so busy at work...and im at home either at school or couponing with my mom...and so we ran a few errands for our Mother's day BBQ on Sunday....and we had Lima drop us off at the Gateway Mall to watch the New X-Men Origins: Wolverine Movie and can i say it was OFF THE HOOK! its been awhile since i seen a good action movie!! It is a must-see movie!! after the movie we tried to prep the food for sunday but we all were tired from the whole days work..LOL...Sunday Morning i had to run to my parents house to grab a cooler and some pans to make my cake. Lima and I went to sacrament, there were alot of people at church....It was such a beautiful program for Mother's Day one of the many talks were spoken by a primary kids names Tavake...and he started out his talk by asking "What is the difference between a male and female?" and everyone was like where is he going with this....LOL...but his answer was the female has one extra rib bone than the male. Everyone was laughing but adoring his cute answer. He went on to say that the Lord didnt get a bone from the male's head to be smarter than him, or get a bone from the male's foot to follow him, He said that the Lord chose to use the bone in his ribs so that the woman can be beside him. I thought that was the cutest talk i've ever heard. He did a great job as well as the other speakers....After church you could tell Lima and I were hecka hungry that we hurried to my moms house so that we could start eating.....(too funny!) but we ate and ate and ate until our pants popped open!!..LOL..but it was so much fun just being with my family but also including my own lil family at home. This morning i took Lima and Sione to work and now i need to run to do some coupon shopping and go looking for a part-time job!!! Have a great week everyone!!!!
